What is Aperture?

 Aperture ဆိုသည္မွာ ‘the size of the opening in the lens when a picture is taken.’

ကိုေခၚဆိုၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါသည္။ သင္ camera ၏ shutter release button ကိုႏိွပ္လိုက္ပါကသင္၇ိုက္ကူးလိုေသာ image ကိုဖမ္းယူမည့္အေပါက္ငယ္ေလးတစ္ခုပြင့္လာပါလိမ့္မည္။
ထိုအေပါက္ေလး၏ size သည္ aperture ပင္ၿဖစ္ပါသည္။
အေပါက္ေလး၏ size ႀကီးေလ၊ light ပိုဝင္ေလဟုသတ္မွတ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။
Aperture ကို f ဆိုေသာအမွတ္အသားၿဖင့္ေဖၚၿပေလ့၇ွိပါသည္။
ဥပမာ ... f/2.8, f/4, f/5.6,f/8,f/22
Narrower Aperture (Bigger Number) က light ပို၇ႏိုင္ၿပီး၊ Wider Aperture (Smaller Number) က
light နဲနဲပဲ၇ႏိုင္သည္ဟုအမွတ္မမွားသင့္ေပ။
ထိုေန၇ာတြင္ f/2.8 ထက္ f/22 က size ပိုႀကီးသည္ light ပိုမို၇ႏိုင္သည္ဟုမယူဆေစလိုပါ။
f/2.8 aperture သည္ f/22 ထက္ပိုက်ယ္သည္ဆိုတာကိုမေမ့သင့္ပါ။
ဓါတ္ပံုသမားလက္သစ္ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားသည္၄င္းအခ်က္ကို ၇ႈတ္ေထြးေနတတ္ႀကပါသည္။



Depth of Field ( DOF ) ဆိုသည္မွာ "amount of your shot that will be in focus"
focus ဖမ္းၿခင္ေသာအစိတ္အပိုင္းမ်ားကိုေခၚဆိုၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါသည္။
Large depth of field ဆိုသည္မွာ သင္၏ camera မွသင္ focus ဖမ္းၿခင္ေသာ ေဝးသည့္အစိတ္အပိုင္းကိုၿဖစ္ေစ၊ နီးသည့္အစိတ္အပိုင္းကိုၿဖစ္ေစ ၂ ခုလံုးအား၇ေအာင္ focus ဖမ္းယူၿခင္းကိုေခၚပါသည္။ အထက္ပါပံုကိုေလ့လာႀကည့္ပါ။ foreground ဟုေခၚေသာ နီးကပ္သည့္အပိုင္းေ၇ာ၊
background ဟုေခၚေသာအေဝးမွအပိုင္းကိုပါ focus ဖမ္းထားၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါသည္။
ထိုပံုမွာ aperture f/22 ၿဖင့္၇ိုက္ယူထားေႀကာင္းသိ၇၏။



အထက္ေဖၚၿပပါပန္းပံုေလးကိုေလ့လာႀကည့္ပါ။ အလယ္မွ yellow stems ေလးကို
focus ဖမ္းထားတာၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။အေနာက္ဘက္မွ ပြင့္လႊာေလးမ်ားသည္ yellow stems ေလးႏွင့္
မည္မွ်ပင္နီးကပ္ေနပါေစ out of focus ၿဖစ္ေနသည္ကိုေတြ ့ႀက၇မည္ၿဖစ္ပါသည္။
very shallow depth of field ဟုေခၚဆိုႏိုင္ပါသည္။
aperture f/4.5 ၿဖင့္၇ိုက္ယူထားၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါသည္။
Aperture ကစားၿခင္းသည္ depth of field ေပၚတြင္အလြန္တ၇ာမွအက်ိဳးသက္ေ၇ာက္မႈ၇ွိလွပါသည္။
Wider Aperture (Smaller Number တိုတာမေမ့ပါႏွင့္ ) သည္ depth of field ကို က်ဆင္းေစၿပီး၊
Narrower Aperture (Bigger Number) သည္ depth of field ကိုက်ယ္ၿပန္ ့ေစပါသည္။

Narrower Aperture (Bigger Number) = large DOF ဟုပံုေသနည္းခ်ၿပီးမွတ္သားထားႏိုင္ပါသည္။

အေတာ္ေလးကြာၿခားသည္ကိုေတြ ့ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ f/22 ၿဖင့္၇ိုက္ထားေသာပံုသည္ ပန္းႏွစ္ပြင့္ႏွင့္
သစ္၇ြက္တို ့့သည္ထင္၇ွားစြာၿမင္၇ေအာင္ focus ဖမ္းထားၿပီး၊ background ၇ွိၿခံစည္း၇ိုးကိုေတာ့ focus out ထားသၿဖင့္ shape ေလာက္ပဲၿမင္၇ပါသည္။
f/2.8 ၿဖင့္၇ိုက္ယူထားေသာ ဒုတိယပံုကေတာ့ ဘယ္ဘက္၇ွိပန္းပြင့္ေလးအား အဓိက focus ဖမ္းထားေသာေႀကာင့္ very shallow depth of field ၿဖစ္ေစၿပီး၊ ညာဘက္၇ွိပန္းပြင့္ေလးမွာ focus less ၿဖစ္ေနၿပီး၊ background ကေတာ့လံုးဝ out of focus ၿဖစ္ေနေစပါသည္။

မ်ားေသာအားၿဖင့္ landscape ပံုေတြတြင္ ဓါတ္ပံုသမားမ်ားသည္ Narrower Aperture (Bigger Number) ကိုေ၇ြးခ်ယ္၇ိုက္ကူးထားႀကသည္ကိုသင္ေတြ ့ၿမင္ႏိုင္မည္ၿဖစ္ပါသည္။

လိုၿခင္ေသာအဓိက subject ( main focal point ) ကိုfocus ဖမ္းၿခင္းၿဖင့္ ( shallow depth of field ) background ပံု၇ိပ္မ်ား၏ေႏွာက္၇ွက္ၿခင္းမွကင္းေဝးေအာင္စြမ္းေဆာင္ႀကပါသည္။
